Psychology of Change
In this blessed month of Ramadan, we are going to explore the psychological insights necessary for personal growth, change, and transformation. We look at what brings about incremental change, the concept of true happiness, finding motivation, purpose, understanding internal triggers and discomfort. We are grateful to be joined by Shaykh Munsif Mubarak, clinical psychotherapist and Director of Community Relations of the Khalil Center. Khalil Center is a psychological and spiritual community wellness center advancing the professional practice of psychology rooted in Islamic principles.
